New Life Ranch is located in northeast Oklahoma and offers a range of programming from Summer Camp to Leadership Development. Our Outdoor Ministries team serves school, churches and other groups through several program areas:

Outdoor Education

The mission of NLR’s Outdoor Education ministry is to help campers see the fingerprints of a caring and creative God, spark an appreciation for nature, and assist parents by getting kids excited about learning. Using our 1000 acre hardwood forest as the classroom, NLR’s outdoor education adventure guides design customized science labs and learning activities for Christian and Public Schools, as well as Home School groups. We will work with you to develop an experience that will meet the needs of your group.

Challenge Camps

Incorporating the excitement of the Challenge Course and the challenge of the outdoors, challenge camps provide a whole package experience for groups. We provide the lodging, meals, activities, bible studies, chapel speakers, skilled facilitators, and worship leaders to provide a complete multi-day program to lead your team to new heights. Challenge camps are like summer camp during the school year. They are a time for students to get away together and focus on knowing God and his plan for their group. Come to New Life Ranch for a night, a week, or anything in between. We want to work with you to be sure your specific group is served as excellently as possible.

Adventure Trips

Adventure trips are designed to disconnect students from the distractions of routine life, and lead them into an environment where life change occurs. We have the capabilities to lead groups on trips ranging from overnight canoe trips to multi week-long backpacking trips anywhere in the continental United States. We are blessed to be located in the beautiful Ozark Plateau, one of the only mountainous regions between the Appalachians and the Rockies. This gives us access to many trails and waterways within 3 hours. Similar to a Challenge Camp, but on a deeper scale, we can lead your group on a physical adventure through God's creation while facilitating profound emotional and spiritual journeys for your participants. This is a highly customizable experience, so let us know your vision. We'll work together to make it a reality!
