SERVE Team
A unique gap-year experience where young adults can "pause without freezing" while gaining marketable skills and building intentional, Christ-centered relationships.

Strengthening, Equipping,
& Raising Visionaries through Experience.
New Life Ranch equips young adults with training, support, and real-world experience as they grow in their faith and prepare for ministry or future career steps. Participants gain responsibility, build lasting relationships, and find clarity about what’s next.
SERVE Team at a Glance
The mission of New Life Ranch is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry. The SERVE team fulfills this mission by helping participants grow in responsibility, gain marketable skills, build intentional relationships within the team, and receive support as they discern their next steps. You’ll gain education through on-the-job training, classroom learning, and interpersonal relationships. These experiences will help prepare you for your next steps, equipping you to make more informed decisions about your future. The SERVE program creates a middle space where young people can “pause without freezing” (Taylor Calhoun, team member ‘23-’24). It provides a stable environment where your immediate needs are met, allowing you to focus on the questions all young people face: Who am I, and where do I fit?
