New Life Ranch is a non-profit ministry and therefore all charges are set based off of meal costs, staffing needs, and operating expenses. We attempt to keep costs as affordable as possible for all our guest services. Prices are per person.
Standard Rates (valid through December 31, 2026)
1 Night + 3 Meals = $79
1 Night + 4 Meals = $86
2 Night + 4 Meals = $124
2 Night + 5 Meals = $131
3 Night + 7 Meals = $193
3 Night + 8 Meals = $200
Motels are an additional $45 per room per night

3 – 6 Years :: 50% off the Standard Rate
7 – 12 Years :: 25% off the Standard Rate
Minimum stay for a weekend group :: 1 NIGHT + 3 MEALS
Meals :: NLR provides all meals for our guests.
Minimum Group size: 25 PEOPLE (ask about exceptions)
Exclusive Use of the Grounds:: 400 PEOPLE or 40 FAMILIES
Group of 150 or more receive 5% off the Standard Rate

Amenities
Enjoy clean facilities, a variety of meeting spaces, meals, and activities for all ages. Our base retreat cost includes lodging, meeting space, meals, and general use activities. Make sure to view the premium add-ons that are available for a fee.
We have 9 separate bunk-style cabins to accommodate groups of any size. We have cabins well suited for large groups and cabins designed specifically for families.
VIEW CABINSWe have a variety of meeting spaces across the camp that can accommodate up to 500 people. Our conference center great room is fully equipped with a full PA and projection system, while smaller meeting spaces across the camp offer more intimate settings for break out sessions and smaller groups.
VIEW MEETING SPACESFlint Valley features plenty of spaces and facilities to enjoy a variety of activities during your stay.
VIEW FACILITIESWe have spaces that make free time fun for all ages. From the gym, sports court and ballfield, to the waterfront, pool, and Patmos Island – your group will have a blast exploring the valley together. General activities are available to all guests, Scheduled Activities can be reserved for your group in advance.
VIEW ACTIVITIESWe have a variety of premium activities and add-ons available for your retreat. Add photography and video services so you focus on the fun!
NLR’s horseback trail rides are a great way for participants 3rd grade and older to experience riding horses and see some of our beautiful 1000 acres of woods and fields. Trail rides have an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance of your retreat at NLR.
Take a ride down our 400ft zipline, experience a crazy swing on the Screamer, test your nerves on the Pamper pole, or try one of our other 8 high elements over on the island known as Patmos. We also offerTeam Building sessions for groups which uses the Low and High Ropes courses as well as prop initiatives. Please let us know at least three weeks in advance of your retreat if you would like to use Patmos or schedule Team Building.
Campfires are a great way to have a unique experience for your group. They can be used for breakout sessions after chapel, or as a way to hang out in a unique environment. We can provide everything you need for s’mores ($1.00 per person). If you want to bring your own s’mores you can. We’ll still provide roasting sticks. Let us know when you will need campfires in advance of your retreat so we can have them ready.
We have a limited number of motel rooms available. These rooms have a small kitchenette and private bathroom. There is an extra $30 a night charge for these units. For information about booking a room during your retreat, contact stevem@newliferanch.com
View Motel RoomsWe’ll provide a photographer to document your retreat, and then post those pictures at newliferanch.smugmug.com. Your retreat participants can then download those pictures for free, or order prints to be delivered to their home. Your organization may distribute the digital images for promotion of your organization and future events at New Life Ranch.
We can provide one videographer to shoot, edit, and produce a 3-5 minute video recap of your retreat, delivered via digital link no later than 2 weeks after the end of your retreat. We’ll also give you the raw, unedited, video footage which you can use to promote your organization and future events at New Life Ranch.

For those in full-time ministry, NLR offers free get-aways. Any available motel unit is offered at no charge for up to 3 nights if we are contacted in advance. Guests taking advantage of this option are also welcome to join us free of charge for any meals being served during their stay.
