Staff Training takes place two weeks before the start of summer camp. These weeks are a great time of getting to know the rest of the staff, learning about the various aspects of serving on summer staff, and getting camp ready for thousands of kids to arrive!
Summer Staff can work for either one or both sessions.

Summer staff will be paid a salary of $200 a week or more (depending on position) in addition to all room and board being provided. As summer staff at NLR, you are considered a missionary and therefore, are encouraged to raise prayer/financial support during the summer. We will equip you with information to help you put your support raising package together if you choose to raise support.
