The Leadership Development program challenges high school students who are looking for something more. You’ll have experiences that prepare your heart to be impacted by God and empower you to go and change lives for Jesus.

The Leadership Development program progresses through three levels – Nehemiah, Timothy, and Soma.

What is Leadership Development?

Leadership Development campers serve camp behind-the-scenes, learning practical leadership skills while growing in their faith alongside other believers, and making lasting memories through team building and adventure.

SERVE

Servant Leadership

Serve summer camps behind-the-scenes in a variety of work crews (kitchen, community service, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, etc.)

GROW

Christian Community

Leadership Development camps are designed for those who desire to deepen their faith alongside other believers. Study the Bible with your team, worship and soak up in-depth teaching during nightly leadership chapels.

EXPERIENCE

Team Building & Adventure

Strengthen bonds through team building activities and make lasting memories on climbing, rappelling, camping and backpacking trips.
