Equipping the next generation to know and love Jesus
The focus of the LD program is to create a space and experience for students to encounter Jesus in a way that produces heart change. Heart change leads to a shift in perspective that inspires us to lean into the life of Jesus and furthermore, become people who lead as He does. It is our belief that leadership is a byproduct of deeply knowing and loving the Lord and that one changed life can lead to many changed lives. Our campers walk through a three-tiered program with three different, but synonymous focuses: Servant Leadership, Self-Leadership, and Participation in the body of Christ.

Leadership Development campers serve camp behind-the-scenes, learning practical leadership skills while growing in their faith alongside other believers, and making lasting memories through team building and adventure.
Serve summer camps behind-the-scenes in a variety of work crews (kitchen, community service, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, etc.)
Leadership Development camps are designed for those who desire to deepen their faith alongside other believers. Study the Bible with your team, worship and soak up in-depth teaching during nightly leadership chapels.
Strengthen bonds through team building activities and make lasting memories on climbing, rappelling, camping and backpacking trips.
