SENIOR CAMP
For campers going into 7th-12th grades
So What?
In Sr. Camp, a one-week overnight camp for 7th-12th graders, campers learn what it means as believers to be called and set apart to contribute and the need for vulnerability. Because of a knowledge of the Gospel and experiencing identity in Christ, campers are beginning to look outside of themselves and answer, “So What?” At this crucial stage in their lives, campers are challenged not to be consumers of the world, but rather contributors to the Kingdom of God. They are also practicing vulnerability with one another, a necessary precursor to Biblical Community. Vulnerability introduces campers to humility, honesty, sober judgment, and authentic relationships that spur one another on to a life following and serving Christ.
All registrations go through the same system, regardless of which camp you are registering for (Flint Valley or Frontier Cove). The system will give you the appropriate options based on your child's 2024 grade level.
Availability details are not updated in real-time. When in doubt, go ahead and register!
Sr. Campers at New Life Ranch focus on knowing the gospel of Jesus Christ and finding their identity in him. They also being to understand what it means to look outside of themselves and what it means to become a contributor instead of just a consumer.
These activity classes are included as part of your camp fee and are chosen as campers arrive.

It’s an aerial adventure! Spend the week trekking each element of the new Hub&Spoke ropes course. Traverse elements. Challenge your limits.
Add ClassFly high through the sky on our zipline, soar through the air at breath-taking speed on the Screamer, push yourself to the limit on the Pamper Pole, and work with a team to overcome the Vertical Playpen, Jacob’s Ladder, and the High-Y! Closed-toe shoes are required to participate.
Add ClassHit the trails on our 1000 acres in the foothills of the Ozarks. We start with a day of basics to get you familiar with your bike, then explore the terrain around camp. We have amazing trails that will challenge you to be a better rider!
If you choose to bring your own bike, there is only a $20 charge. This covers any light maintenance that may be needed, including tubes and tuning. We would ask that you bring a mountain bike with gears and working disc brakes as our trails can be intense.
Add ClassWhat could be better than riding a horse every day while at camp? Nothing! We divide classes by skill level, so riders are able to learn skills based on their current ability. If you don't want to sign up for horsemanship but still want to ride, horseback trail rides are also available to pre-purchase at registration for $25! Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required to participate.
Add ClassTake your climbing to new heights with the newest activity class on Patmos! Sharpen your climbing skills and learn new rock climbing techniques right in the heart of NLR Flint Valley. Closed-toe shoes are required to participate.
Add ClassVaulting is a very specialized discipline of horsemanship. Think of it as gymnastics and dance on the back of a horse! We start with the basics and then let each participant advance at their own pace, working individually or as a team to perform tricks while sitting or standing on the back of a horse. Closed-toe shoes are required to participate.
Add ClassMoving from our previously offered Airsoft class to Laser Tag will not only stretch the possibilities of game play but will also offer a safer and more unique experience. Instead of playing a game in the same, small designated area each day, imagine changing playing fields daily. (indoor, outdoor, large, small) Imagine not having to deal with pain each time you get hit. Imagine new strategic games like Infection, Elimination and King of the Hill.
