Host A LemonAid Stand!

Each summer we give out nearly $700,000 in scholarships to campers and families who otherwise wouldn't be able to come to camp due to finances. Want to play a fun part in helping get kids to camp? Consider hosting a LemonAid Stand this summer!

Here's how it works:

1. Using the form below, sign up to receive a LemonAid kit from New Life Ranch.

2. Pick a day on or before August 17th to open your stand.

3. Tell your friends, family, and social media about your stand so they know to come visit.

4. Send the proceeds from your LemonAid Stand back to New Life Ranch! The stand that raises the most money for scholarships will receive a free week of camp summer of 2025! Second and third places will receive swag from our Canteen.

LemonAid Kit from NLR

When you sign up for a LemonAid Stand, we'll mail you a kit with the following supplies:

Flyer to post on LemonAid Stand
Ways to Give insert
2 packs of lemonade to get you started (consider adding some frozen fruit or juice ice cubes to add a fun twist)
”I gave” stickers to be given to donors

Supplies You'll Need

You'll need to purchase or gather several things for your LemonAid Stand:

table
decorations (have fun making it camp themed!)
pitcher
cups
petty cash
cash box or jar to collect cash/check donations
tablet or laptop to play scholarship video and allow donors to give online

Running Your LemonAid Stand

Pick your date (on or before August 17th), time and location for your LemonAid stand
Advertise to your community and friends on social media so they know to come visit you
Pray for your time to be successful and that you will be able to share about NLR to many!
Make lemonade ahead of time to give it time to chill
Set up table and make fun decorations
Wear your NLR shirt!
Set up your tablet or laptop with the scholarship video playing (scan QR code on Ways to Give insert)
Have your Ways to Give flyer and money box or jar on the table
Those who wish to give by credit or debit card or EFT may give online (scan QR code on Ways to Give insert), be sure to have them select your LemonAid Stand name from the dropdown box!
Please make a check out to New Life Ranch for any cash collected and mail along with any other check donations back to camp in the included envelope. Do NOT mail cash. Include the donation form in your envelope.
